Where are you licensed to practice?

PNW Electrical Engineering, PLLC is licensed in Washington (WA PE 55998), Oregon (OR PE 108239PE), Idaho (ID PE 428401), and Nevada (NV PE 035802). We support commercial, multifamily, EV charging, generator, service upgrade, and permit-ready electrical engineering projects across WA, OR, ID, NV, and AZ.

Do you support Nevada commercial projects?

Yes. Nevada project inquiries are supported for Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and surrounding markets when the scope can be handled through permit-level drawings, calculations, remote coordination, and PE-stamped documentation.

What larger project types do you support?

Typical larger scopes include commercial tenant improvements, multifamily permit packages, design-build contractor support, EV charging infrastructure, service upgrades, transformer adequacy reviews, generators/ATS systems, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and AHJ review responses.

Do you work directly with electrical contractors?

Yes. Contractor-led and design-build scopes are a core focus. Send architectural backgrounds, existing electrical information, equipment schedules, utility comments, and the target permit date so the engineering scope can be priced clearly.

Can you provide fixed-fee proposals?

Yes, defined commercial and multifamily scopes can typically be quoted as fixed-fee engineering proposals with clear deliverables, exclusions, schedule assumptions, and normal permit review response support.

Can you coordinate with the utility or AHJ?

Yes. Deliverables can include utility/AHJ-facing load calculations, one-lines, service equipment notes, transformer/service capacity documentation, and permit response support when included in the proposal scope.
